Tender Details

The subject of the order is the care of children attending educational institutions (schools and kindergartens) in the Barczewo commune during transport (in public transport buses). Child care while children are on buses on the way from home to the educational facility and from the educational facility to home (bus stops) at fixed times. Care should be provided on school days, determined in accordance with the school year calendar established on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of National Education dated of August 11, 2017 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211. During winter and summer breaks, holidays or other days designated by individual schools as days off from classes, care will not be provided. It is assumed that:- The Contractor will provide care on buses (public transport) for an appropriate number of caregivers on routes according to Annex No. 11 - care will be provided on the bus at specific hours and routes (according to the Annex, agreed with the Carrier, the Municipal Office in Barczewo and Ordering Party). - the estimated (planned) number of children to be cared for (on all routes) is approximately 2, 402.
