(Bid No.CMB-061A)
1) The City of Iloilo through the Downloaded Fund from the Tuberculosis Commitment Grant #0012-0546-1024 (SWIF-TB Program under TIFA Project) Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (₱1, 166, 400.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for Chest X-ray Services with Result Interpretation of Radiologist. Delivery of the Goods is required Twenty (20) Calendar Days upon acceptance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
