Sealed bids from certified HUBZone Small Business Concerns only will be accepted for the Cherokee National Forest, Project TN ERFO FS CHRKE804 2020-2(5), Solicitation Number 693C73-26-B-000013, located in Polk and Monroe Counties, Tennessee. This project consists of repairing various damaged sites on Spring Creek Road (FS 27) and Citico Creek Road (FS 35-1). Project work includes grading, roadway resurfacing, drain dip construction, replacement of drainage culverts, drainage culvert cleaning, ditch reconditioning, slope stabilization repairs, and other miscellaneous work. The project will be split into multiple work schedules/contract options with the cost of the entire project expected to fall within the price range of $5, 000, 000 to $7, 000, 000.
Bid documents should be issued on or about May 13, 2026. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation.
