The object of the procurement is the testing services of the Chemical Product Control of the Finnish Safety and Chemicals Agency (Tukes). The Safety and Chemicals Agency, or Tukes, supervises chemical products and objects sold in Finland, as well as vehicles and their parts, which may contain legally restrictedchemicals. Tukes also supervises the labeling of textiles and footwear as well as the requirements for single-use plastic products. Supervision is carried out on a random basis and is targeted on a risk basis. Tukes uses the testing services of external laboratories to help with supervision. HeThe testing services covered by kinna are divided into two different areas according to the products and analyzes to be monitored.
Tenders can submit a bid in one sub-area or in both sub-areas. All required analyzes of the price form must be provided within the sub-area. In addition to this, rjoaja can offer analyzes presented as a voluntary option on the price form. The actual contract period is two (2) years and the contract period can be extended with a two (2) year option period.
