Description : A. MECHANICAL SIDE-SCOPE OF WORKS AND SUPPLY:
1 lot - I. Supply, Labor and Materials for the Repair of Radiator Assembly.
Scope of Works & Supply:
1. Dismantling of Upper Cover of Gen.Set Enclosure.
2. Drain Radiator Coolant.
3. Remove supply and return water pipes, hose and clamps between engine and radiator assembly.
4. Remove Fan Belt.
5. Pull out of Radiator Assembly.
6. Overhauling of Radiator; Radiator Core and Upper & Lower Tank.
7. Conduct Hydro Test.
8. Painting of Radiator Assembly; Gray primer paint and black glossy paint.
9. Return all the parts to each original position and assign all bolts with proper torque.
10. Check for water leakage.
1 lot - II. Supply, Labor, Tools and Expertise for the Engine Tune Up. Scope of Works:
1. Unscrew and Removal of Bolts and Valve Cover.
2. Labor for Adjustment of Valve Clearance & Valve Lashing (As per Engine Manufacturer Assigned Valve Clearance & Torque requirement).
