On behalf of Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, Vancouver Island Health Authority] (the "Purchaser/s"), invite interested suppliers to submit quotations ("Quotations") for the supply of the products described in Appendix A. All BC health authorities require charts, folders, and related supplies—including numbered stickers—for the storage of paper patient health records in all acute care hospitals. These materials will be used within the Health Record Services departments under the Health Information Management portfolio. There are approximately 120 sites, with approximately 265, 000 File Folders and approximately 2, 100, 000 associated labels per year. The successful proponent will collaborate with the Health Record Services departments to accommodate any necessary customizations. Once customization requirements are confirmed, the appropriate numbering sequences will be specified on each new purchase order (PO).
