NOTICE OF INTENTTHIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a firm fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to: ChartMeds, Inc., 771 NW South Shore Dr., Kansas City, MO 64151 for ChartMeds Advanced e-MAR software system that automatically issues medical prescriptions to over 300 incarcerated naval personnel located at Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar (NCBM). The correctional facility requires a medication management data system and medication disbursement with patient photo ID display during med pass, easy to read electronic MAR with initials and documentation ability for vital signs, full med profile and link to physician.Without this required service NCBM not be able to administer high quality health care and lead to errors in medication administration. will be unable to provide tailored interpretive METOC forecasts and recommendations to optimize route planning, platform selection, gear load-out, execution timelines, actions at the objective, and/or sensor employment/emplacement in support of operational mission planning and execution. The anticipated award date of this action is on or before 15 September 2025. The applicable NAICS code is 513210. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and no solicitation document exists for the requirement.
