this is a request for information (rfi) for a project titled: fletc artesia, nm - charter bus airport services.

The federal law enforcement training center (fletc) located in artesia, nm is conducting a request for information (rfi) for the fletc, 1300 w. Richey avenue, artesia, nm 88210 to identify interested and capable veteran owned small business (vosb), service-disabled veteran-owned small business (sdvosb), economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (edwosb), woman owned small business (wosb), sba designated 8(a) sources, and/or any other source that can provide all the elements of the attached draft statement of work (sow), to-wit: charter bus airport services.

The fletc artesia intends to review all responses to this rfi to establish the acquisition strategy in terms of contract type and contract vehicles currently in place with interested sources capable to fulfill all the requirements of the contract and sow that will support this effort. The fletc artesia seeks the following information with the interested parties' response.

Background and scope of work:

the contractor shall provide all necessary supervision, personnel, labor, material and vehicles necessary to provide charter bus services for transporting students from the fletc, 1300 w. Richey avenue, artesia, nm to and from airports in albuquerque, nm; el paso, tx; and lubbock, tx. The anticipatory period of performance for this service will be for a 5-year period (base year + four option year periods) covering from october 1, 2019 through september 30, 2024. Billing must be by monthly recurring charges to include all applicable federal, state, local taxes and duties.
