THE DELIVERABLES Ornge is seeking charter fixed and rotor wing aircraft operators capable of economically and expediently serving the following mission profile: Air transport services for organs and surgical recovery teams to hospitals and transplant centers throughout North America; Provision of enroute meals for surgical recovery teams; Flights typically originate in Ontario with the most prevalent origins being Toronto, London, and Ottawa; Destinations can be National/International, the majority of which are National; Passengers can number as high as 7-8, but typically are in the order of 3-4 with some support cargo e.g. coolers with ice and ancillary equipment; and From time-to-time, and at Ornge-s discretion, charter fixed and rotor wing aircraft operators may be required to service mission profiles other than the air transport of organs and surgical recovery teams, and ad-hoc services to be defined at the time of service.B.
