1.2 PurposeThis Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project:The scope includes a complete tenant fit-out of the existing shell space located on the third floor of City Centre 4, at 9686 137 Street, Surrey, BC. The base building was completed in late 2025. FHA intends to occupy the entire third floor, comprising approximately 19, 747 square feet of total usable area, for this Project.The FHA is seeking a General Contractor to undertake the construction of the fit-out required to support the identified decant programs.The ready-for-takeover date is anticipated by April 30, 2027.
