This framework agreement is allocated as follows:

- Lot 1: Acquisition of IRVE terminals, commissioning and maintenance

The expected services include: acquisition of terminals, commissioning, preventive, curative and progressive maintenance of terminals

- Lot 2: Management and fact tooluration of terminals

The expected services include: terminal management solution and associated supervision, the provision of a means of payment for users (bank card), preventive, curative and evolving maintenance of the management tool and supervision

Number of bornes to install and supervise: 53 terminals or 104 charging points (AC type)

This framework agreement could be used to equip other charging points depending on the future needs of the MPA and regulations.

The expected services include: Acquisition of terminals, commissioning, preventive, curative and progressive maintenance of terminals

Minimum amount over the first 2 years: 50, 000 euros excluding tax

Maximum amount over the first 2 years: 300, 000 euros excluding tax

For renewals:

Minimum amount over 2 years (other renewal periods ): 50, 000 euros excluding tax

Maximum amountm over 2 years (other renewal periods): 400, 000 euros excluding tax
