1. SOURCE OF RESOURCES

The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting financing for this acquisition, within the framework of the Development Intervention consists of financing for the Rehabilitation of the Collection, Potabilization and Electromechanical Works of the Las Pavas Water Treatment Plant, to be executed by ANDA in the Republic of El Salvador ..
2. EXECUTING AND CONTRACTING ORGANIZATION OF THE PROCESS
2.1 The Executing Agency of this process is: ANDA .
2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for the present procurement process for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites proposals for the required contracting.
2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for the Obtaining of Goods, Works, Services and Consulting with BCIE Resources and its Rules for Application, which are under the following address in the website: https://www.bcie.org under the Acquisitions section.
3. PRESENTATION OF THE PROCESS
3.1 General Purposes of the acquisition: General objectives of the work to be contracted: Extract all types of sediment in the river bed, which is preventing the minimum level of water in the river from operating efficiently and diverting the drainage from its channel by a gutter downstream of the outlet, thus avoiding the point source of contamination.
