The subject of the order, according to the documentation, is to change the use of commercial premises for the purposes of supported housing in the ODRA building. It concerns the reconstruction of changes in the use of commercial premises into 3 supported apartments in a residential building multi-family ODRA in Bechatów, plot no. 732/14, precinct 09, Bechatów. The scope of the works is limited to internal works consisting in changing the functional layout of part of the ground floor and includes in particular: demolition and dismantling works floors, construction of partition walls and buildings, construction of suspended ceilings, painting and cladding works, replacement of doors, installation of domestic hot water and domestic hot water, installation of sanitary installations, installation of central heating. construction of a mechanical ventilation installation, construction of a measurement and billing board together with WLZ, construction of a power supply board and a telecommunications board.
