The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment called: "Change of use of a building or part of a building" consisting in the adaptation of a former kindergarten into a training premises and an apartment. As part of the implementation of the above task, it is planned to adaptation of the former kindergarten premises, plot 2790/1 in Szerzyny, for residential purposes by eliminating existing elements in the form of partition walls and constructing new ones in indicated places, constructing a new electrical installation, central heating, water supply, sewage, gas installation and water connection, so as to designate two separate residential premises in the created space. Apartment no. 1 will consist of a corridor, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. Premise No. 2 it will consist of a corridor, bathroom, toilet, two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. The subject of the task is also the replacement of internal door joinery and new cladding of vertical and horizontal partitions.
