Changing the backup server infrastructure The subject of the public order is the delivery of a new redundant virtualization infrastructure for the VMware ESXi platform based on 25GbE Ethernet connectivity using the iSCSI protocol for access to the shared disk storage. The delivered solution must form a mutually compatible and fully functional unit designed for high availability, redundant data paths and uninterrupted operation. The delivery includes virtualization servers, disk arrays and LAN switches including everything accessories, optical modules, cabling and licenses necessary for the full functionality of the solution. A more detailed specification of the subject of performance is contained in the tender documentation appendices. With regard to the nature of information and its protection according to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., by law on cyber security, the contracting authority will provide Annex No. 1 - Specification of the subject of fulfillment of the procurement documentation on the basis of the supplier's request and against the submitted non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed by him in the wording of Annex No. 7 of the procurement documentation. Agreement on non-disclosure agreement (NDA) must be signed by a person authorized to act on behalf of or on behalf of the supplier. If the agreement is signed by an agent, the power of attorney granted to such person for this case must be attached to the agreement.
