The subject of the order is: Change of use together with the reconstruction of a former school building into a care center as part of the project entitled: Strengthening the potential of the social assistance and integration system in the Hrubieszów Functional Area by creating Care Center in Dziekanów with rental of care and rehabilitation equipment.
