Tender Details

The subject of the construction project is to change the use of the former school building for the needs of GOPS and a seniors' day home. The building in question is located at ul. at Andrzeja 4 in the Silesian family. Dziak from the south and west It is bordered by residential and service buildings, from the north by the court building, and from the east by Andrzeja streets. Currently, the main entrance to the building is located from the courtyard. The area is fenced. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Part II SWZ and its annexes. The Ordering Party informs that it requires a site visit on March 17-30, 2026, at times previously agreed with the Head of the Investment Department of the Municipal Office in Rhodiola, Mr. Marcin Salmanowicz, tel. 71 39 60 741, e-mail: [email protected]. and requires the Contractor to check the documents necessary to complete the order, referred to in Art. 131 section 2. The certificate of inspection, approved by the Ordering Party and the Contractor, must be submitted with the offer.
