Change security training The city of Tampere is requesting bids in accordance with this request for bids and its attachments. The subject of this procurement is change security training in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Act on the Organization of Labor Services (380/2023). With an open procedure several suppliers are selected to work with procurement contracts valid for the time being. The content of the procured service is described in more detail in the description of the procurement object attached to the request for tender. The tender request attachments can be found at Tender request attachments. The anticipated value of the procured service exceeds the threshold value for procurements in Annex E of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (Procurement Act 1397/2016) § 25, so the tendering process applies Procurement Act. During the request for tender phase, the customer selects all offers that meet the suitability and minimum requirements of the request for tender to be included in the procedure. This is the first call for tenders of the supplementary procurement procedure. The goal is to prepare procurement contracts and start the service as soon as possible after the procurement decision becomes legally binding.
