The heating system of the daycare, electric boiler/ground heat, will be changed to air-water heat pump and electric boiler heating mode. The daycare center will be separated from the current geothermal system of the school building and the heat pipes coming from the school to the daycare center will be closed and tulpataaan. The contractor's performance obligation includes, in addition to the main contractor's and contractor's responsibilities, all the work on the construction site in accordance with the tender documents and the contract and their appendices, fully completed.
