1. Project Objective
The contractor shall provide a turnkey solution for the inspection, repair, and motor retrofit of 104 integrated venetian blinds. The objective is to restore 100% motorized functionality while maintaining the thermal, acoustic, and aesthetic integrity of the WICONA window units.
2. Comprehensive Pricing & Scope
The offer submitted by the contractor must be all-inclusive. No additional costs will be entertained after the contract award. The bid price shall include:
Labor: All technician, electrician, and logistical personnel hours.
Materials: All motors, cables, lift tapes, ladder cords, and hardware components.
Equipment: All tools, specialized window opening devices, safety gear, and cleaning supplies.
Transportation: All travel costs, vehicle expenses, and shipping/freight for parts.
Fees: Disposal fees, administrative costs, and any required permits or insurance.
3. Logistics & Site Management
Furniture Management: Contractor shall move office furniture and equipment as required to gain unobstructed access to the windows. All items must be protected and returned to their original positions upon completion.
Surface Protection: Provide appropriate floor and wall protection during the transit of tools and components.
4. Health, Safety & Electrical Standards
Qualified Personnel: Only certified electricians (per Swiss regulations) may perform electrical work.
