Description(s): SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR CHAMBER DOOR BLADDER LEAK REPAIR.
General system requirements include:
Source new bladder Mobilize crew to BAF w/tools, supplies, replacement bladder and parts Open door to expose door header to gain access to leak area Remove steel flat bar covering seal system Remove beryllium copper (BE-CU) finger stock and wire electromesh Extract bladder from cavity Mark and cut a 4- section of the bladder and discard Prep ends of existing section and new sections for Install new section into existing section Test for leak Reinstall bladder, finger stock, wire electromesh Reinstall steel bar Return door to close position, latch and seal Monitor the pressure at the pneumatic compressor to confirm no leaksTHIS IS A MARKET SURVEY FOR INFORMATION ONLY.
