The subject of this small -scale public contract for services awarded in accordance with Section 6 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), is the elaboration of the conceptual document "The local energy concept of Roztoky (hereinafter referred to as" Work "). The work will be Processed in accordance with the subsidy project "Local Energy Concept for the City of Roztoky (hereinafter referred to as the" project "). The implementation will be in accordance with the methodological guidelines for applicants for a subsidy within the National Renewal Plan, Call No. NPO 3/2024. (see website MIT Effect, Challenge No. NPO 3/2024.). Work It will include in particular the following parts: 1 stage - analysis of the initial situation and revision • Management summary • Introduction, description and analysis of the area of ​​interest, municipality • Overview of all energy sources: network energy sources and local energy sources incl. renewable energy sources (RES); • Overview of all ways of use energy; 2. Stage - balance and optimization part • balance between energy sources and its consumption; • Optimal comprehensive energy development incl. the potential of RES, sustainable (or community) energy; 3. Stage - Solution proposal • Proposal of possible solutions (general projects) for all types of supplies Energy against all types and volumes of energy consumed. If they are proposed alternative solutions, the study contains a thorough SWOT analysis of all the proposed solutions so that the benefit of the final proposal is sufficiently argued. • Energy Action Plan (including overview of all relevant planned activities (measures) that will be prepared and implemented with the specifications of technical solutions, investment needs and organizational capacities) will also include the schedule of the plan; 4. Stage - Conclusion.
