1.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao through the Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE & 50/100 PESOS (Php 799, 825.50) being the Approved Budget (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CF-9.
a.Construction of Mabaka Retaining Wall, Hapao Php 499, 928.61
b.Construction of Mabaka Drainage Canal, Hapao Php 299, 896.89
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao now invites bids for the CF-9. Completion of the works is required sixty-one (61) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”....
