1.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao through the Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY & 81/100 PESOS (Php 699, 720.81) being the Approved Budget (ABC) to payments under the contract for the CF-10.
a.Construction of Batang Protection Wall, Hapao 499, 738.70
b.Construction of Hulungna-Bactad Water System, Hapao & Poblacion 199, 982.11
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Municipal Government of Hungduan, Ifugao now invites bids for the CF-10. Completion of the works is required sixty-six (66) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
