Certified registration information system (RIS) Description: The subject of the order is the procurement of a registration information system (RIS) and support for its operation for 48 months for 400 sub-registration users. It is at least about:• creating a implementation of electronic forms for communication through UPVS, at least in the scope of an official letter and decision, • integration of RIS into central public administration systems, • integration of RIS into the UDZS agenda systems, including the necessary support for suppliers agenda systems, • data migration from the building system (as part of the exit plan with the current provider), • the connector system to the electronic cabinet of the Office for Health Care Supervision (hereinafter referred to as "the office") on the Central Portal of Public Administration (hereinafter referred to as "UPVS").The registry information system must be certified by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic and must have the highest level of compliance with the requirements of Measures of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic no. 203/2021, which amends and supplements the statement of the Slovak Ministry of the Interior Republic No. 525/2011 Coll. on standards for electronic information systems for managing the registry in the currently valid wording (hereinafter referred to as the "measure") and must be integrated into the eGov infrastructure in accordance with the DIZ from NASES. Part of the contract is a 24-month free guarantee for delivered RIS, services provided during RIS operation in the scope of 48 months, development of DIZ and EXIT Plan of the registry, implementation of exit plan including integration of prepared IS UDZS based on UDZS requirements.
