NoBo DeBo AsBo ERTMS multi series certification The TGV trains are subject to modification (rearrangement) in order to integrate a new version of the ERTMS/TVM Bi-standard, v9.4.2B, which has the main objective of adding the function Cold Movement Detector (CMD). The TGV trains are subject to modification (rearrangement) in order to integrate a new version of the ERTMS/TVM Bi-standard, v9.4.2B, the main objective of which is to add the Cold Movement Detector (CMD) function. In accordance with article 15 of Directive 2016/797/EU as amended, SNCF Voyageurs SA asks: - the notified body (NoBo) to initiate the procedure for verifying conformity with the Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI), provided for in Annex IV of the same directive for the Rolling Stock subsystem. - the designated body (DeBo) to initiate the procedure for verifying compliance with national rules, provided for in Annex IV of this same directive. In accordance with Article 6 of Implementing Regulation 402/2013/EU amended by Regulation 2015/1136, SNCF Voyageurs asks the risk assessment body (AsBo) to initiate the assessment procedure which concerns the correct application of the risk management process which covers, both, the rolling stock subject to the project, and its integration within the rail system.
