The New England CBRNE Enhanced Response Force Package (CERFP) has a requirement for prepared meal services to feed approximately 140 Soldiers for their three-day Collective Training event. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provided prepared (bagged) meals as defined in section 5 of the performance work statement (PWS).
This competitive solicitation is to be issued as: 100% set-aside under Small Business IAW RFO 19.104 - Small Business Set-Aside
The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Contracting Office intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, resulting from this solicitation.
Period of Performance: 14 July 2026 to 16 July 2026
Location: Joint Base Cape Cod, Connery Ave, Buzzards Bay, MA 02542.
