The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, located in/at Junction NM State Hwy 371 and Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, NM 87313 has an upcoming requirement for a manufacturer-authorized preventive maintenance, repair, technical support, software updates, replacement parts, and related services for a Cepheid GeneXpert GX XVI-12 diagnostic system (Serial No. 110026004). The requirement includes annual preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, remote diagnostics, telephone technical support, onsite repair services, software support, and replacement parts necessary to maintain the system in accordance with manufacturer specifications. The services are required to ensure continued operational readiness, reliability, and uninterrupted laboratory diagnostic testing capabilities in support of patient care operations.
