Equipment is purchased at different locations according to the customer's needs. Consumption quantities of products to be purchased are based on previous four-year consumption data or an estimate of future consumption. Actual consumption may differ from previous consumption or estimates. The estimate of the procurement amount for the contract period does not bind the Customer. The length of the contract period is three (3) years. It is possible to extend the contract indefinitely.
