Centralized procurement of building (special structures) expertise services The procuring organization plans to acquire building (special structures) expertise services. Purchased services are intended for structures (buildings) located in the territory of the city of Kaunas. Everyone the requirements for the services are specified in Appendix 7 of the special purchase conditions "Draft of the preliminary contract". Services will be purchased based on the Buyer's need. The procuring organization, in carrying out this public procurement, plans to enter into a preliminary procurement contract with 3 (or less than 3, if less than 3 are recognized as the winning suppliers of the tender), on the basis of which the main building (special structures) expertise purchase contracts will be concluded with the suppliers who concluded this contract. A supplier for everyone will be selected for a specific task according to the procedure established in the Preliminary Agreement, i.e. i.e. when carrying out non-renewed tendering of suppliers or carrying out renewed tendering of suppliers. Specific purchased services, their scope (quantity) and technical documentation (e.g. building (special structure) nature, address, project name (if necessary), type of building (special structure) expertise, general indicators of the structure (if necessary), cadastral measurements and legal registration of the structure in the Real Estate Register documents, etc.), required for the conclusion of the Main Contracts, will be submitted by the Buyer separately, during each unrenewed and renewed competition.
