Ensuring language is not a barrier to access of services.- These services are necessary for the purpose of providing critical and consistent information to limited English proficient persons, non-English speaking persons, deaf, deafblind, and hard of hearing persons. In addition, the LAS will promote and support CDPH¿s core values in providing equity and inclusion by ensuring equitable services to persons of all language backgrounds, culture, and ability.- In addition to providing translations, Contractor will provide services which include creating, and maintaining language glossaries, developing, and reviewing desktop publishing for print and mobile-friendly files, and adhering to ADA compliance rules for projects which include print materials, videos...
