PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT: BOX OF 5 UNITS INDIVIDUALLY. EXPIRATION DATE: MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS SAMPLE: MANDATORY HEALTH REGISTRATION: IF APPLICABLE You must submit the following information: 1). National Tax Registry, 2).
