Central transport terminal, Jihlava - II. stage - design and engineering work The subject of the performance of the public contract is the provision of designer services consisting of: a) processing of the urban-architectural study update (Appendix No. 2 of the documentation procurement procedure for submitting a bid) according to the requirements of the contracting authority; b) preparation for the performance of the public contract, including the execution of all survey work and other activities necessary for the fulfillment of the public contract in such a way as to ensure the feasibility of the construction, in particular: i. carrying out a geodetic survey of the site of the future implementation of the construction, ii. processing of the engineering geological survey, iii. processing of the hydrogeological survey, iv. processing of the corrosion survey, v. processing of the dendrological survey (i.e. assessment of all of existing trees in the area of ​​interest with a subsequent proposal for felling and new plantings incl. or proposal of precise technological measures for the protection of existing trees), vi. preparation of the impact assessment of the completion of the Central Transport Terminal on local mobility (AID, public transport, VHD, pedestrians and cyclists), c) processing of documentation for the removal of the building according to § 8 of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of buildings, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree"), if required by the technical solution of the building; d) project processing documentation for building permits according to § 3 of the Decree; e) ensuring engineering activity in construction (leading to the final authorization of the plan); f) processing of project documentation for building construction according to § 7 of the Decree incl. ask...
