Central Servicing Agent (CSA) for 504 Loan Program
Pursuant to this Statement of Work (SOW), Contractor will perform the functions of the CSAwhich include:• 504 Financial Servicing;• 504 Process Modernization;• 504 Information Technology Developments andOperations Support; and• 504 Customer Service/Communication Management.• Loan Accounting System (LAS) Operational Support
The Contractor is not compensated under this contract with appropriated funds. The contract type is recognized as a no-cost contract to the Government.
The Contractor fees are firm, fixed, and fully loaded and represent the Contractor-s sole compensation pursuant to this Contract.
