Tender Details

The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be ensuring the activities of the coordinator of safety and health protection at work in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., on ensuring other conditions of safety and health protection at work as amended and in accordance with the terms of reference for individual calls for tenders in the DNS according to § 141 of the Act. The contracting authority assumes that it will award public contracts in DNS according to the current needs of the central contracting authority and authorizing contracting authorities, i.e. in undetermined and irregular intervals. Category I. Health and safety of transport constructions The subject of the fulfillment of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the provision of the activities of the coordinator of safety and health protection at work in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., on the provision of other conditions of safety and health protection when working in the valid wording and in accordance with the terms and conditions of individual calls for tenders in the DNS according to § 141 of the Act. The contracting authority assumes that it will enter public contracts in the DNS according to the current needs of the central contracting authority and authorizing contracting authorities, i.e. at undetermined and irregular intervals. Category II. Health and safety of building construction The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the provision of the activities of the coordinator of safety and health protection at work in accordance with Act No. 309/2006 Coll., on the provision other conditions of health and safety at work in the valid wording and in accordance with the terms of reference of individual calls for tenders in the DNS according to § 141 of the Act.
