Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is the establishment of the Central Process Control System in the company Plinovodi d.o.o. as the operator of the gas transmission system in Slovenia. The central process control system will be the key process information system for remote control and management of the gas transmission system. Therefore, with this order, we approach the tender for the supply and implementation of a modern and widely established control system, which will replace the existing one and provide a good technical basis for the further development of the transmission system operator's activities, also in the light of the upcoming green transition and management transmission system with renewable gases.

In addition to the fact that the Central Process Control System will have to be based on modern but proven standards and technologies in the field of control systems and ensure high availability of operation, it will also have to ensure flexibility of configuration and architectures, upgradability and expandability of contents, modularity of functional system components and connectivity via standard communication protocols. The system will also have to enable the integration and control of gases from renewable sources, including monitoring the proportion of hydrogen. An important segment and the emphasis of the order is also to ensure the increased requirements in the field of information security in the last period.
