The contracting authority, the statutory city of Brno, invites you to submit a bid for the public contract "Central Crisis Communication System". The subject of the performance of the public contract is the operation of the central Crisis Communication System (hereinafter referred to as KKS) service for informing and convening teams and people through communication channels: • automated voice messages to mobile and landline phones; • SMS messages to mobile phones; • push notifications to mobile phones; • email messages • whats app messages • delivered of emergency buttons The client requests the delivery of a multi-tenant crisis communication system, which will be designed as a unified city platform for the municipality, city districts and organizations established or controlled by the city. The system must enable central control from on the part of the municipality and at the same time independent, safely separated use by individual organizational units. Mandatory technical requirements for the subject of public procurement are defined in Appendix No. 1 of this call for tenders. The supplier must the client guarantee the minimum required technical parameters, but can offer qualitatively higher parameters. Communication control system
