1) The subject of the order is "Center Project - construction of a multifunctional facility with space development". 2) The detailed scope of the subject of the order, the conditions of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor are set out in the annexes: a)Program functional and utilitarian (hereinafter referred to as "FFU") - Annex A to the SWZ, b) Sample contract - Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. "Center project - construction of a multifunctional facility with space development." 1) The subject of the order is "Center Design - construction of a multifunctional one facility along with space development. 2) The detailed scope of the subject of the order, the conditions of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor are set out in the annexes: a)Program funkcjonalno-użytkowy (dalej „PFU”) - załącznik A do SWZ, b) Sample contract - Annex No. 10 to SWZ. 3) The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of entrusting some of the Ordering Party's rights and obligations to a commercial company whose sole owner is the Ordering Party, and the Contractor hereby consents to such entrusting. According to Resolution No. XVII/160/2025 OF THE RUMI CITY COUNCIL of May 29, 2025. 4) The contractor is obliged to attach with the offer the architectural concept referred to in FUP point 1.1 - Requirements for the development of design documentation, point 1.1.1 - concept architectural. above the concept is the criterion for evaluating the offers. Failure to submit an architectural concept with the offer will result in rejection of the offer.
