Tender Details
The City of Moncton requires the services of an experienced and qualified contractor to repair and re-coat the CF100 Aircraft Monument and pedestal, as well as perform site work upgrades at Centennial Park, to the full extent as indicated in the attached drawings and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to:
a) CF100 Aircraft and concrete pedestal including: Encapsulation, lead abatement, blast, aircraft repairs and concrete repairs, and recoating. Repairs include but are not limited to; concrete pedestal repairs, replacement of City supplied parts and components, minor fabrication / welding repair, fine detail painting of components, and decal application.
b) Site work upgrades including: Asphalt cutting and demolition, site furniture, concrete unit pavers, planting, topsoil and sod, plaque relocation, and fence fabrication / installation.
A PRE-BID SITE MEETING is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27, 2024, AT 1:00 P.M. - ATLANTIC TIME, at the MAIN ENTRACE TO CENTENNIAL PARK, located at 801 ST. GEORGE BLVD, MONCTON, N.B to review and discuss the scope of work. All interested parties are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to have a representative present at this meeting, as no subsequent meetings will be arranged.
