Cemetery maintenance Vindafjord joint church council wants feedback from suppliers who want to join a competition for cemetery maintenance. The competition will be conducted as a simplified request according to PART I of the regulations. It will be one selection of suppliers who express an interest. The Vindafjord parish council wants tenders for the maintenance of all churchyards in the municipality for the seasons 2026-2028. · The scope of work includes mowing all churchyards at 8-9 day intervals, with some exceptions based on own maintenance programs. · Edge mowing around grave supports must be carried out every other time, or every time on units with a special mowing frequency. · Machines with bioclips must be used to ensure an even and neat result. · The season lasts from the last week in April to the first week in September. Work outside the season must be paid per hour. · The churchyards comprise a total of 60.3 acres divided into 15 units in several parishes.
