THE FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), INTENDS TO PROCURE CELLULAR MODEMS, SIM CARDS, AND A CELLULAR DATA PLAN THAT CAN PROVIDE NETWORK CONNECTIVITY BETWEEN ONE HUNDRED (100) CONTINUOUS TRAFFIC COUNTER STATIONS AND A FHWA CENTRAL COMPUTER. THE EFLHD ANTICIPATES AWARDING A FIRM-FIXED-PRICE AGREEMENT WITH OPTION YEARS.
THE CELLULAR MODEMS, SIMS CARDS, AND DATA PLAN SEEKING MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND DELIVERABLES STATED IN THE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. THE ATTACHED SECTION B DOCUMENT OUTLINES DETAILS FOR EACH CONTRACT LINE-ITEM NUMBER (CLIN) FOR THE BASE YEAR AND OPTION YEARS. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE PRICING FOR EACH CLIN.
DETAILS FOR DETERMING AWARD ARE INCLUDED IN THE CELL MODEM EVALUATION CRITERIA DOCUMENT.
