End of Addendum 1.The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a proposal for quantity 12 Arjo MS000-01-01 ceiling lifts, all necessary hardware and accessories, and installation. The location of the installation is Minnesota Veterans Home at 2190 Williams Avenue, Montevideo, MN 56265.Ceiling lifts must be Arjo MS000-01-01, no substitutes will be considered.QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS: Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Erin Snaza via email at erin.snaza@state.mn.us no later than February 17, 2026. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the RFP, they must immediately notify the Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.
