CEFAS22-115 Request for Quotation for Innova® S44i - Stackable Incubator Shaker
Project Description :Cefas require a large Innova® stackable incubator unit capable of maintaining an internal temperature of ± ̊1C and allowing for adjustable lighting (addition and removal of bulbs to facilitate a range of light levels). The equipment must also have an orbital shaker built into it with an orbit of 25mm and adjustable RPM. The unit must be compatible with Innova® 44 Incubators to allow for stacking on top of existing units.
The incubator unit will be used to maintain controlled conditions for the duration of acute and chronic ecotoxicological tests. Many of these tests are standardised and follow specific guidelines which dictate required environmental conditions (e.g. ISO / EPA / OECD). Incubators are used to maintain specific parameters for both test organisms and for test reagents.
