The Department of War (DoW) is issuing this presolicitation notice for a brand-name Bauer Breathing Air Compressor System to support fire department emergency operations. The system must meet NFPA 1901 and 1989 standards, featuring a 15-25 HP motor, 6, 000 PSI capacity, three SCBA fill stations, a 100-foot high-pressure hose reel, and an automatic condensate drain. A brand-name specification is required to ensure compatibility and maintain warranties under active service contract FA449725C0008. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Repair and Maintenance) and PSC 4310 (Compressors and Vacuum Pumps).
