Tender are invited for The United States Marshals Service requires Cellular Service which will be used for tracking purposes in various modems and Iridium tracking devices. Specifically, the Micron Bolt, AT Prime, TC68S, NAL i50, and Shout GSMdevices. The Cellular Service must have the following : •A.Minimum 3G Domestic •B.Minimum GSM International and Mexico•C.Code Division Multiple Access(CDMA) •D.SMS Gateway •E. VPN tunnel between our site and provider using border gateway protocol (BGP) with failover •F.Class C IP address Block non routable on internet •G.Masked account APN and IP address block •H.SLA (service level agreement) on VPN tunnel •I.Cell tower triangulation, •J.Assisted GPS (AGPS), K.24 hours a day/7 days a week self-provisionable service. (customer provisions IMEI and SIM`s directly via a web interface, completion time for additions, deletions, and changes must be within 7 hours).•L.Vendor must be available 24 hours a day/7days a week for related support. Expected response time must be within 3 hours.•M. Ability to temporarily suspend service
