LOCATION: Thirty-Five (35) Pumping Stations and 1 other facility



SCOPE OF SERVICES



The Service Provider shall perform the following:



A. Monitoring Services

• Provide continuous monitoring of CCTV camera feeds installed at CCWD-s pumping stations and key facilities, either on-site or through remote viewing access (as applicable).

• Ensure that all cameras are active, properly aligned, and capturing clear footage.

• Immediately report any incident of unauthorized entry, tampering, or system malfunction to the designated CCWD unit.

B. Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct periodic inspection and testing of CCTV cameras, digital video recorders (DVR/NVR), monitors, storage devices, and related peripherals.

• Clean, calibrate, and test all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
