“4-wheel” wheeled bins Overhead and semi-buried columns for all flows All flow buried columns The contract will be executed in the form of a multi-awardee framework agreement (maximum 3 holders per lot) with subsequent contracts, for a period of 4 years to from the date of its notification. It is made up of 3 lots: - Lot 1: 4-wheel wheeled bins - Lot 2: Aerial and semi-buried columns for all flows - Lot 3: All flow buried columns. These 3 lots are the subject of a new consultation. In indeed, by 2 orders of December 10, 2025, the judge of the administrative court of Marseille canceled the 1st procedure of lots 2 and 3 for failure to comply with the obligations of equality of candidates and respect for the principle of transparency in that the price was not contractual but indicative.
