Tender Details

The contract will be executed in the form of a multi-awardee framework agreement (maximum 3 holders per lot) with subsequent contracts, for a period of 4 years from the date of its notification. It is made up of 3 lots: - Lot 1: 4-wheel wheeled bins - Lot 2: Overhead and semi-buried columns for all flows - Lot 3: Buried columns for all flows. These 3 lots are the subject of a new consultation. Indeed, by 2 orders of December 10, 2025, the summary judge of the administrative court of Marseille canceled the 1st procedure for lots 2 and 3 for failure to comply with the obligations of equality of candidates and respect for the principle of transparency in that the price was not contractual but indicative. The procedure for batch no. 1 was closed without further action by minutes dated January 19, 2026 of the Vice-President delegated to monitoring the public order for reasons of general interest justified by the risk of litigation following the reason retained by the Administrative Judge in the aforementioned orders, this same reason affecting lot no. 1
