The City of Port St. Lucie (City) has entered into a standard grant agreement with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to prepare a Vulnerability Assessment (VA) in accordance with subsection 380.093, Florida Statutes (F.S.). The VA will need to meet all requirements set forth by FDEP and will also include a Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling analysis task. The Consultant shall generally assist the City with the acquisition of background data, preparation of reports and maps, and coordination with the stakeholders.
