To be considered for this requirement, the offer shall provide technical capability on how they will fulfill the requested services as indicated in Attachment 2_PWS CCAF Advisor, complete and submit Attachment 1_Price List & Attachment 3_Past Performance List of References. Please ensure that all prices, extended prices and total prices are checked and verified for accuracy. DO NOT go two (2) digits beyond the decimal point. Additionally, your technical capability must demonstrate the ability to meet ALL PWS requirements.
